Finally … I’m Rich!
Unfortunately I haven’t won the Euromillions or been given a multi-million pound anonymous donation (although they’re gratefully accepted. Please note, I do not give my bank card details out via email or over the phone. Just ask Mr. Abasifreke who was asking me to send a Christmas donation to my long lost Nigerian son. [Is there something someone hasn’t told me?])
No. I’m now Rich in another way.
For the most observant of you, or the English teaching members of my loyal congregation (all 2 of you) you may have picked up on the capitalisation. For those of you who did not; shame on you. It’s a proper noun!
You see being David, and most recently Patrick (POTATO! – Sorry to any Irish who may stumble upon this, but I couldn’t help myself) my name badge has finally arrived; and it’s not just any name badge, it’s a M&S name badge!
It’s all shiny and new, and it means I can be me again! Although, every so often I’m still going to pull out Patrick and David, maybe only if a customer (for some unknown reason) is unhappy with any service, that way I can still dodge the blame. But sssh!

Do you know where I could get one of those money trees?
Unfortunately not, but when I find one, I’ll pick one up for you too.
